This seems interesting... I've been wanting to start exercising, as I'm somewhat overweight, but I don't have money for anything. I didn't want to do running or anything, because I'm extremely dysphoric, and the idea of exercising outside (without a tight binder, as you need to be able to breathe, of course) makes me feel sick. Hell, even being totally alone and exercising without a tight binder makes me feel sick, but at least in that case I can bite the bullet.
I was really hoping for some exercises I could do in my bedroom that would help me to get in better shape without feeling self conscious about being watched. This seems like it would be the perfect type of thing (if you can do it in cell, you could certainly do it in a small bedroom!). Thank you for posting this!
