Well I am post op and having been using Estragel for ages. What I do quite often is take my hormones for most of the month and then stop taking them for the last 5 or 6 days of the month.
The theory being that you should try not to continuously flood your estrogen receptor cells, and give them a break every once in a while.
Does anyone find any advantage to cycling hormones in this way? Does it improve your bodies ability to incorporate Estrogen
Just wondering

What do people do who are on injections?

I think they get one shot a month, I have never done injectables

I wonder if the injection sequence takes "cycling" into account?

It does, because you start with an injection and get a big dose, then as time goes on you have less hormone in your body until your next shot. Personally I hate needles. I am happy with the gel, I just rub it on and then I am done.
