Dude I'm just like you when it comes to not having money to buy equipment and not wanting to go outside for a workout.
Here's the solution I found a while ago

To lose weight:

Also these workouts are HARD. Obviously you won't follow those guys, all you have to do is tone down the reps and set. Or do the exercises assisted(ex. knee pushups.)
I wouldn't recommend wearing a binder dude. Not at all.
While working out hard you need crazy amounts of oxygen in your body to fuel you muscles.
If your muscles have n fuel, then you will not reach your full potential. And your muscles need to be able to expend, move.
Pushups, use the chest muscles. Now imagine what a binder will do to them. It'll compress them and they won't be able to function properly. Use a sports bra instead, not a crazy tight one either. I know dysphoria sucks, but wait until you can do crazy amounts of exercises, and you're all fit and healthy. Which is worth more?
