So after a lifetime of knowing I was put together differently, I finally had an appointment with a proper gender therapist.
While I was scared as heck, within 30 minutes I was in and out holding a script for E. Still in a bit of shock.
My doctor and therapist had sent him details so it was much easier than I had feared.

In the morning I will get the script filled and be on my way.
All the anxiety has disappeared and I feel like the sleeper has awakened.

He did mention the effects it would have
softer skin
Breast growth
Loss of muscle mass
etc
All things that I was already aware of thanks to everyone here.

All part of the E ticket ride.

Now I can go on that fantasyland ride

Thanks everyone.

Now onto the important stuff

Where are my cookies!!! ;D

Hugs Jen

So long and thanks for all the fish

Now you have me worried, Cindy.  Is this actually the case?  I think my wife is pretty - I don't want HRT to turn me on to guys.  (Or maybe I do, but I just don't know it...)

I was joking.

Sexual preference may be reinforced but not changed. I liked guys before but didn't identify as Gay so I didn't know what to do. Now that I have accepted my feminine privilege, my like of guys  as partners makes sense to me and I'm very comfortable with that at every level.

So no your desire for your wife will remain intact and I hope you both enjoy exploring new ways of being in love!

Yahoo Jenny!  That is dramatic progress and, from what I recall, an amazing sense of relief.  I also posted, facetiously, the next day that my boobs had not yet grown.  He he he

We will be looking forward to future posts about your progress with that E ticket and cookies for fuel.

No doubt, you are knowledgable and well prepared for the best ride in town, YOURS!

Hugs and huge smiles

Thanks everyone, your support is so wonderful and appreciated.

This is going to be heck of a ride and I am now so looking forward to it ;D
Something I have know I had to do all my life, just like us all.

After less than a week I feel so much more at ease with myself and sexuality it is wonderful.
So much happier as well which is fantastic.

I am now looking forward to the future for the first time in my life.
Can't wait to see the endo for the next visit in four weeks, I really want to go full gas after thinking about it since last week based on how I now feel.

Love your cookies Devlyn, they look so T and A. :D

Hugs to all, Jen

The sexuality would have nothing to do with all those sailors that have been in Sydney the last few days? >:-) >:-)

Well done Jenny, great things ahead!

I agree 100% with Joules.
