Several weeks ago I was in the West Hollywood Pride parade with a group from my Christian denomination who for the most part were TGLBQIA with one or two SO's and even children, an experience I have written about in the Christianity Forum, never the less, we were loudly denounced by another "Christian" group who were not marching, and were shouting waves of hate.  As a member of a TLGBQIA group in my national church, I have been following a blog with our members being part of that life, and the stories of people who see us and thank us for being who we are.  The haters do exist, I do exist.  My Bible was at home that day but I knew where its nominal author was, in the hearts of my companions.  To paraphrase one verse ---
"My works are not my faith, and my faith is not my works, but by my works you shall know my faith."
