Well. I bought the Silk'n Glide which supposedly has like 50.000 flashes on the cartridge so it's supposed to be enough for finishing a persons treatment, I started using it on all of my body, and Oh my Gawd it takes such a long long time to do your legs, arms, lower back and face, and when I mean long I mean 3 to four hours long. They say its supposed to be really fast on the first level of intensity, but that level is honestly useless, I have white skin and dark hair so I was able to use it at the max level of intensity and the pulses take like 4 or 5 seconds to reload in between, so just figure that out... I used it for about two months and I did notice visible changes on my legs and my arms, not really on my face, but I was kinda happy, and then one day while I was doing my legs the ->-bleeped-<-ing thing exploded on me, it was the light bulb I think that broke and produced a very scary pop sound, fortunately I didn't get any injuries or whatsoever and I immediately sent it back asking for another one or a refund. They took forever to answer back just to tell me that they weren't sure if it was the device's fault or a consequence of irresponsible use from my part which was very offensive to me, they told me they could send me another one for half the price If I wanted so, but I flipped the finger at them and moved on. I honestly would recommend that you get a professional service, even if it is pulsated light (IPL) I'm currently on IPL again but I go to a professional facility and I'm having really nice results so far 🙂 but I wouldn't bother buying an IPL or laser device mostly cause they're very unreliable.
