"stem cell" breast augmentation

I've run across some information, and a lot of assertions, about the procedure of augmenting breast size to a modest degree by injections of body fat processed to mix stem cells into the injected material.  There are some clinical data indicating successful results, some warnings by professional organizations that data is insufficient to establish if the procedure is reliable, and lots of advertisements enthusiastically offering the procedure.  Does anyone have recent information or experience with this procedure, or related procedures to augment other areas of the body in a similar way?
