I'm so nervous now as got my psychiatrists appointment at 11am and have never seen one before and its at the psychiatric hospital. Gonna set off early because if trying to park stresses me with time running out, that causes me meltdowns.

Then back to work for afternoon. Got a laser consultation this evening to try deal with my buttock hair and the warzone of sores that causes.

Not really bothering to celebrate my birthday as don't really feel like it. Always feels like a reminder of enduring another year!

Fingers, toes and eyes crossed for you Charlotte. They are by definition really nice people to talk to in my experience. They will set you at ease straight away I'm sure. Let us know how you got on if you feel like sharing.

Well that was intense with the questions and how fast, but the psychiatrist has referred me for intensive DBT which I wanted all along. The sad bit...another wait of a few months.

The psychiatrist thought I was female at birth starting transition to male! And thats after chatting with me 10 minutes sat opposite me. Gotta be doing something right!

I remember when I went to some meetings for a local LGBT group. They also thought I was FtM. On one hand, I took it as a weird compliment. On the other hand, I thought: "Dude. if I was born in a female body, why would I transition?" LOL

I've just packed my swimsuits as at the weekend we go to the seasaide for a few days. Its my fiancé's birthday Monday! Looking forward to being with him away from everything. I'm both excited and nervous about wearing my swimsuit in public for the first time. But I'm full time as a woman so this us just me now! I have a few options depending on bravery and what i can practically pull off. I have a strawberry 2 piece I'm confident i can do. I have a hello kitty one piece with leg frills which are great to give a bit more coverage around the bits! But would show some of my quite blemished butt cheeks. Will see how I feel...I want to be body positive which can mean showing my flaws. Some of us woman have these issues. Its real.
