Here's one for people.
Have you tried gator tail?
It's not a joke or euphemism. It's very popular here in Central Florida.
If you ask me what it taste like you will get one of two answers.
1) Gator
2) Kind of like chicken 😋
odly there is a butcher not too far from here that sells aligator and ostritch meat.

I've had ostrich as there is a local farm for that but there aren't any aligator farms in the UK that I know of which means it has spend god knows how long being shipped. Also not sure it's ethical unless there are genuinely alligator farms in the US bred for meat?
A wise man once said don't judge a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes, that way when you judge him you're a mile away and you have his shoes!

Yes there are gator farms in the us. You can only take it wild if it is threatening humans or your animals. Then you are supposed to contact the game warden, or equivalent.
The rule in Florida is: If you behave a pubblr of water you probably have a gator.

I have eaten turkey and chicken.  I do not think I have had duck or geese.  No big birds.

I have had to eat crow when I was perhaps what you may call a bit immature.

That was hard to swallow.

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.
