Thanks Kellie. It's the same colour as my natural hair pretty much but obviously I haven't grown it out yet. I'm not balding or anything so this is the style I think I will aim for when I do finally let it grow. I don't like wearing wigs to be honest as I don't find it comfortable but needs must.

Currently my hair is longer than it's been in years. I use to keep it in a military style. I'm going to have to get a trim to clean it up but I'm letting it grow. I'm planning on getting it to a point where I can style it and when I have to be boy mode I can do something neutral

A big frog sunning itself on the edge of my friend's pond. Got frogspawn in there again but the fish usually eat the tadpoles. Been interested in wildlife since I was a kid in the 60s, love to see our few native reptiles.

Well it's certainly good weather for frogs Kim. It hasn't stopped raining all day here.

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

All my shifts are 12 hours. I do a 36 hour week. Then a 48 hour week the next. I would love a straight 40 hour week.

Its better now as im mostly office based so generally only doing my 40 and of course travel. But when projects are on can be 60+ and im salaried so no overtime pay!!

Our regional manager keeps trying to get members of our department to travel to other plants. No one in our department wants to travel. It's bad enough we have to travel a couple times a year for training.

Yes, I understand.  I try to avoid travel out of town for the most part.  I travel (more than commuting) when it really is needed.

What is a bank Holiday? Our banks only close on major holidays like Memorial day, 4th of July and the like.

They are national holiday days. England has 8 days a year (including Christmas). Scotland has 9, Ireland has 10. These are extra to your normal paid time off.

Most business shut down for these days. Though a lot of shops and attractions are still open but work Sunday hours. I guess Thanksgiving and xmas day would be your examples. How many do you get in the US?
