Cooking with trannies?  I prefer sautéed with mushrooms, bacon, and onions myself.  But be sure to tenderize them first.  Some tend to be a bit tough right off the shelf.

I always buy the dried variety in the spices section with the other McCormick spices!

But, yes, they do add a bit of something to sausage and chips!
