Has anyone here used EFT (emotional freedom technique) to deal with body issues? I've actually used it before on fear of flying and was actually able to get on a plane afterwards. But I'm really super self conscious about bringing up any body issues with the previous EFT lady I saw and I've had more success with going to someone who walks through it with me than doing it on my own.
So just seeing if anyone's tried it with an EFT practitioner and if so what's they say.
