It was a rainy morning in that small town. The rain used to wash away the dirt on the streets and the air is fresh and cool. Everything is peaceful and nobody was awake yet. A poker card, the ace of spades was still at the table beside the bed, next to the newspaper of the day before, which soaked up the red wine which was spilled over it rested there, strange illuminated by the first rays of the sun, making it impossible to read a single line.
The distant sound of a car passing by cuts through the silence until the alarm clock finally starts to get loud. A hand arises from under the pillows and tries to swat the alarm clock. After a while, the blankets start to move and the shape of a body starts to show.
