How do you like your eggs?

I was making some eggs this morning and realized that there were so many ways to actually make them. My favorite tends to be over easy or as an omelet, but lately I've also liked them soft boiled.

So how do you like your eggs, if at all?

I don't eat eggs very often, but I like a cheese omelet, or scrambled with hot sauce. I make great deviled eggs, too.

I like mine fried with a lil bit of parmasian cheese and olive oil, and placed on top of a tortilla. Then I roll it up and eat it.

I actually did that once, but instead of parmesan I used something called Mexican Blend (it tasted kind of like chedder mixed with monterey jack). It was really good!

I usually only eat eggs on easter, so I like mine hard boiled and faintly colored from dye bleed-through.

I love eggs. I eat them over-easy or over-medium usually. When I'm in the mood, I'll eat them scrambled with chopped onions, tomatoes, and green peppers.

I love omelets, especially ham and cheese. But, I'm terrible at actually making them. So at home, it's usually scrambled or fried over hard, with a broken yolk.

I can't stand boiled eggs.

I like them scrambled, served on toast and a bit of HP Sauce on top.

Omelets w/ mushrooms and cheese. I also like frying potatoes, pour the eggs over them in the pan, sprinkle grated cheese and herbs on top and cook until firm. Sort of a variation on the Spanish Tortilla dish.
