I don't think violence helps anything. And like spacial said, that woman could face serious repercussions. That bigot doesn't understand and perhaps taking the high road and setting a good example would go a lot farther to educate people like him.

It was more emotional violence which is more than excepted in western society. It's expected. She didn't hurt the guy. She humiliated him.  ;D ;)

She won't get repercussions for that. She could have picked him up by the throat and choked him with his feet dangling like Darth Vader did to that guy. Anyone can see from that video that she's merciful. He'd get laughed out of court.

So given the state of affairs why shouldn't we take what's rightfully ours and feel anger and hate that was given to us by those who tormented us?

Because if might makes right, then sooner or later everyone is wrong.

Well said Tekla.
And I think from the evidence the police could arrest her and charge her with assault and battery. And the silly boy could file a civil lawsuit and sue her for injuries, like, say, a back injury which is hard to disprove.

Ah Jennnifer? How will they even find her?Assaulting someone's perfectly legal, as long as they don't know you. ;)

A BIG THANKS to FIONABELL for posting the video of "->-bleeped-<- Kicks This Guy's Ass", and to FELIX for merging the video into this article thread. ;) Although violence begets violence, it goes to show how less than intelligent "that guy" was for opening his mouth in the first place. He still didn't learn his lesson after the attacker's friends  stepped in to keep her from dishing out more of it.

Oh...notice there doesn't appear to be anyone interceding other than the other T-Girls?

It's not legal in my country.
Thank you for posting the video and have a safe and Happy New Year! :icon_flower:

Whoa!!! It's lucky for mouthy boy the friends were there to intervene rather than joining in  8)  Angry girl looked like she was about to mess up his day
big time

Lucky for him, the most that got hurt was his pride

Defending yourself or others is one thing but I'm a bit conflicted on how I feel about someone going on the offensive over a mouthy comment

  That's called "clocking the clocker" or "cleaning the clocker's clock".  I didn't like the violence at all, but if someone physically touches me to mean violence, I would fight back.  Otherwise I would not bother with the little twerp with the Napoleonic complex.  The taunter should of known not to tease someone much larger than him.  Reminds me of a skinny bully in a NZ school taunting the class big fat kid.  The kid being taunted finally got enough of that and picked up the taunter and body slammed him to the ground.  YouTube may have removed that video.  Law of physics!

The law however is not so conflicted.  Either one.

The Law of the Jungle sez that this, like the bully video, or the one where the old Marine Vet goes all Iwo Jima on some cheep bus pimp - hey, you shouldn't let you mouth write a check your ass can't cover.  And no doubt Mister Mouth there does this all the frickin' time.  Bet me he's in line for an ass kicking two - three, times a day.  Easy.  So he's not doing this as a one-off.  And those people, like the bully, or the bus pimp, or Mister Mouth, well it can be damn refreshing to see karma catching up with them and running them over.

The legal law however, while making an exception for a few things that are considered so egregiousness that they warrant it, basicaly sez that no utterances are provoction for battery.  Which is legal talk for 'no one can say anything to you that is so 'wrong' that you get the right to hit them because they said it.'

And, like this video (and so many others) prove it that you have a pretty high likelihood of being on camera in any public urban setting anymore.  And the Gangster Handbook lists "not doing anything illegal in front of a camera" as a high priority for any aspiring gangster.

FIGHT APATHY!, or don't...

That pretty much exactly describes the conflict going on in my mind  :)  Thank you

Hadn't really thought about the gangta stuff though, but that's a good point

I was impressed the way that she retained her femininity all through the assault.

She really did it in a girly way. She's like a giant woman though so it had far more of an effect then when a woman normally does that.

To my mind, she's not someone who is used to being violent. She was not vicious about it but girly.

Very passable feminine rage. Top marks.

Z probably didn't get mention because Z is the news admin.  :)   But yeah, the vid. plays better on the link Z provided (at least it did on my machine)

Not that way at all V M, Z posted that Daily Kos article on a different thread after I posted the the original 3 articles here on this thread.

Same as above. And to make things even more confusing...the Huffington Post article links to YouTube and the following message;

This video has been removed as a violation of YouTube's policy on shocking and disgusting content.....yet the link Fionabell posted is a YouTube link that still has the video active. And the Daily Kos link is to another site altogether...LIVE VIRAL VIDEO...

So I want to thank all involved here for providing links to this "shocking and disgusting" video...FIONABELL, ZYTHYRA, FELIX, LIVE VIRAL VIDEO and YOUTUBE! :laugh:

Here's another "shocking and disgusting" video for your viewing pleasure from YouTube;
