dr cardenas preforms hip implants through the off-label usage of butt-implants.

E should help.

beside that I can only think of either getting on weight there or use some kind of stuffing or wear clothes who kinda make your apear to have more hips than you have and general who are suposed to make you look like having more of a hourglass shape.

It all depends on your genetics once you start E.

Some GGs have bad genes and have no hips at all.
They'll still have a tiny waist though.
A lot of trans women will tightlace to get a smaller waist line.

You can also exercise and do lower body resistance training, I don't know if working out is your thing, I'm gonna guess no since most women don't work out period, you can't stop and expect the muscle to stay. :P
They're always liposculpting, hip implants, etc if you can spend all that money on just hips.

Or you just deal with it like a lot of us.
majority of women don't have amazing Kim Kardashian bodies.

my corset cincher helped me to keep a smaller than usual waist and i only wore it at night time after i slept and had 3 hours to digest all foods. I then would awake around 3am and unloosen it and go back to sleep. I never wore it during the day time.. It sure changed my hip to waist ratio.. a cincher is a 4 button tiny corset with strings in rear to tighten slowly over time.. it fits between the hip bone and ribs.. nothing elaborate just strong and tiny with just 4 snaps.. anything wider will hrt your body and i used a pillow between corset and bed each night to fill in the space i made as a slept on my side..

.. here is the type that worked for me http://www.absolutecorsets.com/underbust-corsets/leather/a-c310.htm

HERE IS ONE FOR 54.00

Corset training is a huge pain, but when performed correctly, not to an extreme extent, with a good corset, it's safe and reduces the waist, giving the impression that hips are larger.

Apart from that, HRT helps, but especially if you're too old (which seems to be 25 on average), it might be only fat-wise. Regarding that, the only thing you can do, I guess, is try to burn the belly fat and put some on in the hips. How? Mysteries of life. Might be easy; might be hard. Just look at how some women diet and lose breasts, then put on weight and gain belly.

This is just personal experience, but being on a high dose of anti-androgens and way too low a dose of estradiol (so my levels are probably what they are in a ~10-year-old girl), there's barely been anything related to oestrogen, EXCEPT my hips which have grown enough for my previously perfectly fitting pants hurt like heck at the hips and I can't wear them anymore because of that. (The most expensive jeans in my life, guuuh.)

So maybe, just maybe, cutting off all the T and putting in just a little bit of E for a while promotes hip growth. Though I'm still looking forward to my appointment with the endo very much. I want the rest to start moving after 6 months.

Sometimes there's really no development, so the best you can do is exercise appropriately, or have surgery.

Or accept the lack of hips, I suppose, which is my present course of action. It's not the worst thing in the world... because tiny hips are actually fairly normal in women - though, by normal, I am not implying it's a trait that the majority have; rather, it's just something that happens commonly. And, well, there are definitely guys that like smaller hips, and they really do complement a small frame if you have one....

Because having silicone in your body is gross, and because the appropriate exercise is time-consuming and difficult, learning to accept one's fate is the most efficient course of action. If there were more options, pain and worry might be justified, but there's really nothing to be done about this.

saying "having silicone in your body is gross" is a bit much. It really doesn't take THAT much money to get implants either.

But yeah, if you already have a small frame and are thin, it's sort of a given you won't really have big hips.

Well, silicone in one's body being gross is just my opinion... as is implied. I'm sure many people have little problem with it, either because the result is sufficiently illusory, or because they just don't think about it/it's not very important to consider the details, so long as the result is adequate.

I try not to say things that are "a bit much", but I would hope that everything I say is taken as my opinion - as I would specify that I was really trying to declare a universal truth if I were doing so. In a topic as subjective as this, doing so would be foolish, and your criticism would be very deserved.

As for money... it's good that these sorts of things are inexpensive, relatively speaking, for those seeking them out.

As I've been cautioned (many times ) people can be a bit...sensitive about things, as I was meaning to point out.

 Oh.

That sort of sensitivity doesn't often come to mind for me when I'm writing a post or speaking to a person, so considering a person's feelings is often an imprecise act with me. Considering thousands of peoples' feelings is even more tedious. I imagine there is always a person to take offence to anything I can possibly say - perhaps even this message. It's just the nature of human diversity, and the world would be pretty boring if it were any other way.

So... I just try to be accurate, to contribute new opinions or solutions when I can, to expand upon what I imagine the most helpful pre-existing advice may be, and attempt to be helpful if the need arises. If my intentions are misread, and my attempt causes more harm than good, my posts are often ignored... however, I do accept the eventual possibility of a confrontation based on a misunderstanding. With that in mind, I am comfortable with accepting the risk that I may offend someone with my opinions, because I have faith in my ability to repair a misunderstanding if and when it happens.

In light of this, I have considered including a reminder in my signature to the effect that everything I say is my mere opinion, and that it shouldn't be taken more than lightly under any circumstances. Though, stating my general philosophy was more fun, and assuming that people don't need this reminder aids my level of faith in humanity. That, and the reminder itself could be taken offensively if someone sees it as condescending...

So, I apologize, as always, if someone took my opinion too seriously. Sometimes, communication is a minefield.

... and I guess I have to apologize for this post. It's lengthy, off-topic, and melodramatic. :P

I didn't even know it was possible to get actual hip growth if you start HRT a lot earlier than that. I thought it was all fat redistribution.

Aside from implants it is all down to luck and genetics. All things considered I have a decent hip-to-waist ratio a smidge closer to female average than male average. My mom has tremendous hips and I got lucky. My brother is a stick figure.
"Of course!"

Growing hips (apart from fat) is one of those unlisted effects, like feet and total height shrinking, that can or cannot happen, but aren't apparently wide-spread/measured/studied enough to list in the effects of HRT, but they do happen, and more frequently than we'd think. Just ask Alainaluvsu, who's a living defiance of statistics.
