anti discrimination - thinking ahead

So I'm finally on the road towards transition, even though it may take time until I can start hormones. But, I looked up our company's anti discrimination / harassment policy. It states partnership status and sexual orientation, and "other legally protected status ". I don't believe transgender is legally protected in Pennsylvania.
I will be talking to our VP once my transition becomes harder to hide, so maybe it will ha e to b added.
