Members can join peer groups under "My Profile". It mainly applies to the Just for Us subscriber area at the moment, but that may change at any time.
To join a peer group select the member group you wish to join, and a global moderator will review your request and assign you.
You have to give them a legitimate reason you wish to be assigned to that particular member group.
