Hello All!!

My name is Roxanne...I am a trans girl living in beautiful southern Colorado, who is not terribly far along the path of transition, but making nice progress.

I was looking for a forum that not only had a wealth of information for a research and learning addict such as myself, but also a vibrant, active community to chat with.

And it looks like I found it!!

I have a transitional plan designed to take advantage of ICATH / Informed Consent, while accessing the best surgeons and therapists possible. I am hoping that I can forge a path for others to follow who wish to avoid the WPATH tradition for whatever reason. I hope to prove that not only can it be done, but with excellent results, at a lower overall monetary drain.

Anyway, I am in what I consider to be my early middle years, while still in my prime. I study Chinese Martial Arts and Tai Chi, and my hobbies feature cooking, PC gaming, and my new found love of cosmetics (although I am terrible at applying them at the moment....but thankfully my room mate is not!).

I try to speak my mind in a strong, but gentle fashion. I am brimming with pride and self love, especially now that I have found my true self. I keep a journal / blog that details my transition, and awakening, and I hope that some day it may help some girl like me find strength and inspiration on her own journey.

Anyway...I look forward to getting to know you all, and contributing in my own way to the community. :)

Hi Roxanne, :icon_wave:

Welcome to our little family. Over 7375. That would be one heck of a family reunion.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.

But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another sister.

And be sure to check out these links ( MUST READS )

It does not take courage or bravery to change your gender.  It takes fear of living one more day in the wrong one.~me
