I strongly recommend a good gender-issues therapist. It's best if they have known someone personally who has transitioned, but even if not then they should at least have the training to understand your issues.
There are many ways to deal with it; one is to realize it is temporary (assuming, of course, you can go the surgical route at some point). Others involve ignoring them, tucking to hide them, etc. There are a number of tutorials on such things in this site's wiki (
https://www.susans.org/wiki/. For some, just knowing they are on the path to transitioning helps. For others, hormonal therapy provides some soothing (and, apparently, after several years of such therapy things kind of fade away, anyway).
