I like that it keeps my chest still to a point and that it provides extra perk and shape.  Although it has lost its magical feeling most days, I still like a pretty one and it makes me feel nice to match under my clothes.

I've always had slight moobs growing up from being abit fat. I don't wear a bra day to day, so I still enjoy the comforts of something new when I do now and then.    A bra has always been that one extra thing that I couldn't openly wear as a boy. The one thing that says look I'm a girl and hear me roar.    Its good to be who I am.

Personally myself, I find bras to be beautiful things to wear, if you buy ones with pretty or elegant patterns on them. I enjoy adorning my body with them.

However, I have my reservations about the prospect of developing boobs when on HRT, as they seem like a pain-in-the-arse when it comes to day-to-day issues. And bra straps can be really irritating over long periods. So I may end up hating them I guess, despite how beautiful they can be and make you feel. Boobs and bras seem to be much fun to have and wear when your by yourself or with a lover, and a bloody nuisance at all other times.

For me - the prospect of developing boobs would be a sort of "necessary evil" in the pursuit of becoming more female, perhaps in the same way that the risk of male pattern baldness might be seen as a necessary evil in the pursuit of becoming male. You can't love everything about becoming your target gender I guess. Rough with the smooth and all that jazz.

Yes, I know what you mean.  When I firstly started to wear a bra, I found it very uncomfortable and the straps made it too tight as I did not have a boob, but only with a pad.  I remember that I got my first pair of bra in M&S and I was not dressed en femme.  A young lady was very surprised when I asked her for a size.  However, she was supportive and helpful.  You can buy multiway bra as the straps can be removable and you can wear it with dresses.  Where do you normally shop for clothing?

Seeing as I'm still using forms and try to be a full-time girl, I really have little choice in wearing a bra. It has made it less way to enjoy. It does make me appreciate my more comfortable bras more. I also just found a shirt with a built in bra capable of wrangling my forms, and enjoy the feeling of bralessness it gives me.

I can hardly wait for the day where I don't need a bra just to have my feminine form.

i am surprised there are so many 'negative' comments about wearing a bra. yes they can be annoying after a while for many reasons but there is little else that says "woman" more than a bra. it is badge of courage in the beginning for us and should remain a symbol of pride afterwards. i am like an excited schoolgirl wondering in the morning which bra i will wear today.
same is true for hose. yes they can be annoying too but after years of wearing them, i still find them irresistibly feminine on the right girl. just wanted to restore a bit of balance here...

Oh don't worry and don't get me wrong... If I would have answered this question 6 months ago when I was not quite in the less is more stage, all you would have heard from me is more more more

I think it absolutely makes sense that early on people gravitate towards anything they can do to feel more feminine. I was definitely in that boat for what seemed like a very long time. It feels great! That first day out wearing a bra has to be one of the best feelings ever.

After a while though (as other parts of presentation kind of relaxed and I grew into the full time woman role), the bras became much less important to passing or satisfying the gender craving I was so accustomed to having.

The second puberty thing is very true indeed. Even some of the social aspects, which is super neat

I hate wearing bras! When I got my breast done I thought that was the end of push-ups and bras but nope. Now with implants I still wear push ups. They dig into my skin but the cleavage I get is worth it!

Yeah, it was a symbol of pride for a while, but the novelty did wear off. I don't mind, really; it's a sign that living as a woman has become just normal, which was my goal.
