What is FFS?

Sisters,  I really hope you don't mind me asking this and if anybody is offended please accept my apologies in advance, that is certainly not my intention.

I've noticed a lot of posts and photos about FFS. What is it? I checked out the wiki page but I don't understand how they get to the bones etc. Also, some ladies post photos and others say things that could be done in terms of FFS and I'm sat here thinking    'What's wrong with her face?' Is it something that you have an eye for spotting?

Truth be told I don't really know a great deal about the MTF community and I wanted to educate myself a bit. I hope this is ok.

well in the short. FFS is "Facial Feminisation Surgery" it is a surgery that is designed to change the shape of one's face to make it mor feminine. that is done by implants, or shaving of bone, the only way to get to the bone is through an insision that the DR makes. it is made in a location that is inconspicuous so as to make the scar less noticable.

The reason some ladies have it done of to make there faces more womanly than at the start.

Testosterone has a way of causing certain facial features to become more defined and developed. The brow ridge, nose, and chin/jaw seem to be the most common problem areas. FFS is actually a set of surgical procedures designed to take these features and attempt to make them look more like they would have if you had never been exposed to testosterone.
