Checked on all my ewes, and have three general remarks: they are almost all fat, which after the ridiculous winter we've had so far, means I'm awesome - they are getting some definite pregnant bellies - and they are wearing some unbelievably nice fleeces I can't wait to get my hands on.

Those real cold winters produce much fuller, thicker fleeces. Is that not so? Do the ewes get inseminated in the usual manner or do you somehow have a hand in it?

I am done knitting a jumper. I am now wearing a homemade jumper. No clue how I made it, seriously, never done it before haha. But I NAILED IT. *proud*

After a string of bad luck I checked to see if I'd been born on Friday the 13th.
I was close, Friday the 31st XD

Also apparently the Chinese Zodiac says that I'm a Metal Sheep XD

Isn't jumper the British word for sweater?

If the purpose is to keep you warm then yes, it may also be called a Cardigan (possibly after a location in which it was a major industry at one time).

Usually I would just call it a top though.

Oh okay. I had a girlfriend who lives in England and I think that's what she called it.

Is she studying there?

No, she's English. She was born in Wales but raised in England. We don't talk anymore unfortunately; it was a long distance relationship.

For some people they do work out but I wasn't one of the lucky ones. :(

This is as if I should have written it myself haha. My girlfriend lives at the borders between Wales and England. Or, right now she's studying somewhere else, but normally. LDR sucks but she's worth it so meh. :)

today was day 48 of going to work every single day. Someday, maybe by the time my birthday rolls around in late March, I might get like a whole day off. it'd be nice. But at least I'm not burned out yet, that's something I suppose...

My girlfriend was worth it too but unfortunately it didn't work out. She lives in Everton, Hampshire. I'm still interested in going to England; she hates it there but I think it's a beautiful country with great people.

Being English myself, I would say that, as with most countries, it depends which places you go to.

Where I live is... well... let's just say it would handle the overflow when all the circles of Hell were full.
