I wish my father actually had more time to spend with me face to face so I can actually discuss my transition with him. He is either working, too tired, has his girlfriend or company around or whatever. Even when I go driving with him, I he won't really let me talk while driving, before driving, or after. He said something about maybe taking me out to eat for my birthday so maybe I could talk to him then, but he owes me for like 4 birthdays and a graduation so it's something that will probably never come into fruition. I don't want to talk to him over the phone because it's so easy for him to just say we will talk about it later and hang up and never get around to it. I know that from personal experience. I know that I will have to try to get him to talk to me, but I'm not sure how to go about it.
