My routine has always been to do absolutely everything the night before - get clothes ready, work, etc. And I'd always leave the house right away in the morning but feel incredibly grumpy on the train. So I assumed that yesterday, when I had to wake up early to work on some stuff and whatnot, that I'd feel grumpier. But actually, I felt happier for it and wasn't grumpy, and had an awesome day. I was pretty surprised. I guess I don't know myself as well as I thought.
In other news I'll be making a few bucks this week...tomorrow I'm waking up early to dethatch the lawn, suck up the dead dirt and leaves at home. And then next week, providing my grandpa doesn't spontaneously change his mind as he tends to do, I'll be doing the same for his lawn and getting paid. Not as good as a job finally calling back, but eh, take what you can get. Any extra goes towards my chest fund.
