Girl you look good, I like how you already don't have a lot of muscle mass, I will be soooo happy if and when I get rid of my muscle mass.
I don't have experience with hrt buy it should do wonders from what I hear. See im skinny but I am bulky as hell. God I wish I was skinny in the muscle area. Looking forward to see your transition!

Today was my first day as a junior in high school. Again, I haven't started hormone replacement therapy, yet.

You look great!  Just from the photos I've seen so far, you should have no trouble passing as far as appearance goes.

That's awesome! Those little things can mean so much. Coincidentally, I was told today that one of my social media photos looked like a girl's, but the person telling me meant it in a negative way. On the inside, I was overjoyed, but I had to try to brush it off. She actually ended up telling me I needed to grow a beard, or, by her logic, no girl could possibly be interested in me. The ironies of transitioning largely in secret.

I think you're well on your way, Amber! HRT will do wonders for you. You have a lot of potential because you have some really nice features to work with. Also, it's not essential, since many girls, myself included, haven't done much or anything to their eyebrows, but I think working on your eyebrows a little might help. Good luck!

I actually lost 30-35 pounds of muscle in the past two years. I was pretty buff in high school, I used to lift weights a lot for football. I was actually captain of my football team. how many girls can say that!! lol

I have all kinds of lady friends that like me so yeah, that's a load of puckie! And I get sired a lot and ma'am'ed occasionally, meh no big thing!

So, I definitely need to do something about the brows. I know, the colour is all weird, but I often make my pics like that when they've been taken with a phone cam...in less than ideal lighting.

You look good Zoe but i'm leaning toward Andro because of your pants and shoes. Change those out for something more feminine and I think you'll look great!

Yeah I was a team captain also, I was fullback and punt return. Then I was a team leader in he army... I have a lot of frickin muscle...
I am thin framed, It just don't look it right now bc of all the muscle. I haven't worked out in years but ugh still stuck with it. What you do to get rid of yours. hear is a pic I do not like but Ill post.


when ever I look side ways it makes my face look so much bigger than what it is, Also I don't go in public at all Id get clocked so fast. My therapist said that most of my muscle mass shoulg go away with hrt, then hopefully I can pull off tattood chick...

Thanks sweetheart! I been on a diet for about two months. I was 265, I am now 235. I cut red meat, salt fat and bread. I eat vegatables that aren't starchy, I do drink v8 fusion and water, oh and green tea. I eat fish or chicken grilled on my foreman grill, or I eat at subway, chopped salad, I have my own 0 fat dressing. or a turkey sub on whole wheat no mayo or oil and vineagear, just turkey lettuce spinach, tomatoes pickles. I cant wait to get on hrt and get rid of the rest of my muscle.

Hikari, What a fantastic idea.  I will probably start doing is about a month, which will be the 3 month mark for me, when my boobies are just a bit bigger and my growing brown hair just a little longer...

The only thing about that pic is that I'm not a super smiley/bubbley person on a regular basis, so it's kind of deceptive.

I think weighing as much as I did was really unnatural for me. As soon as I stopped lifting and trying to put on weight I just lost it all. I have a really high metabolism and I really don't eat that much so I just lost the way without really trying to.

btw I was a tight end, until I became a wide receiver lol . I also played outside line backer but I cant really make that sound sexual.

HRT is the key, as is cutting protein, cardio cardio cardio, and sucking up the absolute misery of eating 1200 calories a day.  Did I forget to mention cardio?

Worse than electrolysis.

Going vegetarian is the fastest way I've found to lose muscle quickly, but it's truly unpleasant

Don't go crazy though.  Being in shape is far more attractive (to me) than being unheathily skeletal.  There are plenty of bigger girls out there who are stunning, and plenty of waifs who look like crack addicts.
