Ok, so I'm not asking if I pass since I'm nowhere near passing, being pre-HRT and pre-Laser, but I'd like to know if I sit closer to female than I do man-in-dress. When I look at these photos, I'm much happier than I've ever been and I see my female side more than my old male shell, but the wig is cheap and I'm not wearing makeup since I didn't have an opportunity to put any on (I live with peeps). I have a proper wig on the way, but I kinda like the pink throwaway one hehe...

Hey all.

I have officially started full-time!

In honour of this, I took a couple photos of some of my new work attire/capsule wardrobe. It's amazing what even just a subtle change of top and jewellery/bag can achieve.

I could spend all day mixing and matching my outfits, taking photos and squeeing...but I thought two was enough for now xD

Believe it or not, these two photos were actually taken two days appart from each other...it was only when I put them next to each other that I realised it looks like I am in a character customisation screen...I guess I must stand the same way allot of the time o.O

I LOOOOOOVE my new blazer...although people keep saying I look like a teacher or a psychologist o.O

I'm not certain if this is a good thing or not...I must dedicate some time to further meditate and research my feelings on this matteeeeoooohgod...I totally see what they mean. xD

You look amaaazing Danniella <3

I'm anxiously awaiting HRT as well, I know the feeling :/ I think it'll do wonders on you, based on the photo I see very feminine features ^_^

I'm really not comfortable putting my picture on a well known website but here goes this is me without makeup or anything. I think I kinda look androgynous.

Well you certainly look happy just being yourself. I'd say your gestures and posture gives off a feminine vibe much more than just 'man-in-dress'. Just give it time. I know it's hard being patient with transition, especially in the beginning when all you think you see is a man in a dress in the mirror. Stay strong and just keep looking forward. I've seen some pretty fantastic transformations here that have left me with my jaw to the floor. I think you certainly have potential to do much the same :D

Kasika, I think you are going to do great! You are already well on your way even without HRT.

Kara Jayde, I definitely see real potential here. You have a genuine looking smile and your feminine posing doesn't look forced at all. Also, love the name!

Anais, androgynous? Honey I see nothing but a lovely lady.
Cheers!

Still in a boy/androgynous mode...but what do you think?

I heard someone say that 60% of passing is hair.  And your hair is amazing!   Jealous --> ME

Thank you that's sweet but I think I'm still kinda in that andro stage between male and female. I definitely don't see a woman yet.

I think that you do pass. (Maybe as a cis-woman with some masculine traits, but I don't see anything that screams male or transgender.) We are our worse critic and I have the same problem where everyone tells me I pass, but when I look in the mirror, I see mostly male. For some odd reason, when I look at a photo of myself, I'm starting to see more female than male in myself.

Still pre-everything and I post here too much, but I have a new headband (it's actually a bracelet but w/e) and my friend told me it makes me look more feminine. She also says that my happier personality has made my face look more feminine lately, so yay! <3

I still present as male, kinda waiting till I'm passable to take the step and go full time but I think I'll never be able to see myself as female. Not much has changed since I transitioned, I lost weight but mostly I still look the same. Maybe with some drastic change like ffs I'll be able to see myself as female.

Warning: Hot Mess Alert!!!

I felt like showing some pictures of how I look since it's been a while.  Today my sister and I spoke on the phone and had a good conversaition; however, I could get from her tone that she doesn't feel I'll be able to blend or pass.  So, I want honest opinions, that are done in a considerate way.  Do you think I have the potential to one day pass?  I'm not trying in this photo nor do I feel that I do, but I'm just seeing how people see me.  Since I'm still aiming for around June, it's nice to get as much feedback as possible.  I know there is only so much people can say and it's not a guarantee that I will pass, but it's helpful to hear your initial thoughts.  Just be honest and considerate of my feelings.  Thanks!

Just a heads up, I have no makeup on and pretty much just too a photo of me lying around my house.  So yeah, I'm a hot mess.  I'm well aware that I have severe racoon eyes, but I can't get rid of it without makeup.  I promise you I wasn't out all night partying, lol.  I'm just laying around looking a mess and drinking my coffee while reading foreign affairs, lol.  Party! :D
