For only 4 months you look awesome. You've a very feminine body shame. Nice legs and hips. And your very pretty now, but once that hair grows out girl, your gonna need a stick or a body guard to keep em off ya!

=^-^= Omg!  I'm blushing now.. Best compliment Eva! <3 Thank You so much.

You could also try getting Propecia which may help. I am currently trying to get my doctor to prescribe me some, since I have pretty bad receding hairline and I am trying to save my hair before it gets to rough...plus Propecia blocks DHT and Propecia's side effects have been know to "help" with Feminization.

I figured if in the end if it comes to it, I may just shave it all off. The nice thing is with wigs you can easily change your hair style, and as people stated above a lot of them look really good and impossible to tell they are wigs.

Ive been on Finasteride for over a year and a half now. If anything the damage has stopped and my hair is slowly coming back but of course, i can't expect miracles. I know yall are asking me to get a wig but i really don't want to. I tried one before and i felt so fake.

So, for now, i do this:

Everyone thinks it suits my style and i think it does. But i need to get more of these scarfs, with different colors and patterns to suit my tiny wardrobe.

Lol, that's not andro :). Once You thin down Your brows a bit and get rid of remaining facial hair (I think, I spotted some shadow on Your upper lip) and You are good to roll :). And You have very nice shape (hips especially)!

Okay, it's been a while since I've been active, but I hope to change that starting now.

Anyway, still pre-HRT, but getting more confident with makeup. Thoughts, comments, suggestions, please?

Hugs,
Tegan

So cute.

Looking at that picture the first thing that comes to mind is an elf queen (I'm a bit of a Lord of the Rings nut). You have very delicate features and I don't think you will have any issues passing!

My very first experiment ever (at least that I've photographed) *nervousness*

I wish I had become aware of my transgender identity earlier. When I was twenty my hair was down to my waist and people would call me Legolas.
Now I have to wear a wig :(

And also, thank you so much :) I really hope you are right.. I was so nervous about posting that picture.
I also have so much to learn about makeup and hair. Any advice?

Hi Emily,
I wouldn't put a lot of faith in pictrev you're looking very feminine these days.   But I did like the fact that it thought I was 39 or 40 depending on the picture I submitted.  Not bad for a 52 year old :)

Take care,
Paige :)

I'm only out since January so I'm not much of an expert, you seem to have a light complexion and can't see any hint of beard or shadow (lucky you), your eyebrows look great, your nose is slim, your chin is round, I really think you have a nice face!

I'd say with your complexion you probably want to lean more towards the warmer colors, and try to "open up" your eyes, try some eyeliner and maskara to make them "bigger", highlight your cheekbones to make them "pop" out and up, perhaps a little blush. Then again you look really great in that photo so who am I to say anything :)

Not sure what you are planning hair wise, a better wig would help or if you plan on growing out your hair you might not want to waste any money on it.

w0t the heck is wrong with that program? You've gone a bit beyond andro I'm sorry (err happy?) to say. ??? Time to change your forum gender designation -> F ;D

Your cheeks did fill out compared to a few months ago.

@ Paige
:) Thank You for Your kind words - and yes, in Your case, pictrev was good news ;). In my case, it usually put me in the age bracket of "28-30" which is good, considering that I am 36, lol.

@ Evelyn

Aww, thanks :). Yep, changes in recent months have been mostly cheeks filling out and jawline slimming down. They say that the first year on HRT is visually MaleToAndro and then the second year is AndroToFemale - we shall see then.
As far as Androgyne for gender marker, it is more related to inner sense than visual presentation :). Still trying to figure out who the hell I am :D.

Thank You, Chic - I do see a guy there at times though (funny, but not in the mirror, but in static pics). Glasses help a lot of to hold hair in place when I cycle - but I wear them that way everywhere :).
And Chic, You look sol soft and fluffy in those pics :).

@the discussion about the facial recognition program. I just ran a photo through it as well, this one:

It spat back that I was 43% male, 57% female, and also 40 years old (I'm 23). I wouldn't put too much value on the program to be honest, you look great.

Pictrev, Cogiati and all of those gender questioning sites and tests are extremely flawed and are simply a source of entertainment and can't be trusted for any degree of accuracy.

Emily you are looking absolutely darling and very feminine, I see huge changes since you first appeared here at Susan's!
