I surf a lot of pics on the internet.  No, not looking for a hot night out - mostly out of curiosity as to how other CD/TV/TG/TS/etc ladies present themselves.  The most striking thing I see in photo after photo is a serious lack of smile.

I know that for many of us our paths have been a tough way to go and at times in our lives, smiling is a luxury and not a given.  But I don't know about everyone else, but when I am Dani, I am in the groove and all that I can be.  Smiling is at the top of the list because I am happiest when I am myself.

Life is good and we're proof of that.

Dani,  I appreciate your posting.  It's a good reminder for me.  Unfortunately the structure of my cheeks makes a broad smile uncomfortable or somewhat unnatural in appearance.  I also have a rather pronounced gap in my teeth, not exactly in the same league as Terry Thomas, but enough to make me self-conscious of it.  But to your point, it is something to work on.  Thanks for the prod.

Hi Katy!  I do have one secret to share - in my avatar pic, I did one thing to touch it up and that was to remove the large gap I have between my two fronts... ;)

I personally think a big smile feminizes one better than FFS in most people.  :)

Grin...

If you decide to flash a smile in your avatar, I think that would be great.  I have only been here a short time, but in that time, I have felt like this site is the least judgemental site of its kind that I have found.

I really feel like I am among friends here.
