do you have a therapist you can talk to or any kind of counselor. It helps a lot when you can discuss things with a knowledgeable person

You need to call the local suicide hotline or go to a local Emergency Room now and give them a copy of this post.

I don't actually. Can't afford to do that. I was actually in really depressed mood when I wrote this. Multiple Personalities thing. Currently, I don't feel this way, which is what makes this so complicated. But still glad I posted it. I really needed to let a lot of that out.

Well I did submit an email. I'm curious as to getting a reply. I've never thought I'd have to do that before, so I don't know what to expect. Some good news is I didn't get the voices today at work. Perhaps it was because I wasn't so isolated, and was actually in a part of the factory I like.

Who to?  :)
Found a site called Suicide.org because I don't really feel talking on the phone, so it allows you to use email instead.

Hey Sam, I say this outta love and with concern. I read this post earlier and to be honest, it scared the ->-bleeped-<- outta me. I think a lot of us can relate to being down and thinking bout suicide and all but the voice saying to kill yourself and take as many other idiots with you is some really serious ->-bleeped-<- and you need to get it addressed and looked at asap! I can't see any suicide hotline being able to give any real meaningful help to you; I definitely think you should take Jessica's advice and go to the hospital and tell them everything whilst you still can, while you are still in control, before it is too late and you do something terrible. I am afraid that I will turn on the news one day and hear about a mass killing/suicide and be worried that it was you. I am really worried for you; I hope you follow our advice and try to get this under control, deal with it, like now, while you can.

hi! sorry your going through these things. Last year I lost my job two weeks after a minor break down. Luckily I had just started to see a therapist because of life long problems I couldn't handle any more. Then two weeks later I lost my job. I went into a downward spiral and ended up in the psyche ward at the hospital. They helped me quite a lot . They have programs in hospitals that help people who are suicidal or severe depression. They put me in this kind of out patient program. group therapy and individual therapy. It turned my life around 180 degrees. The night I lost my job and thoughts of suicide were coming at me I just called an ambulance and went to the hospital and asked for help. So , like Jessica said just go and get the help.
