HRT- trouble in bed

Err... I'm new here, and I registered mostly because I have this question...
I'm M2F, 22 years old, and have started taking T blockers (Androcur) about 2 and a half months ago, and I'm going to start Estrogen pills any day now (Estrofem).
Now my problem is; while I can still successfully maintain an erection (though I don't get them as often); since I've started T blockers I think that... Uh, my foreskin might have shrunk or something, because I'm having serious issues getting the tip out- it really hurts. Now; I don't really use my penis for much during sex, but all of this is making any kind of sexual experience very uncomfortable and often impossible, because the tip which is trying to come out of a currently obviously too small opening in the foreskin stings like hell.
So in the end; my question is, or better said, are: have any of you had the same experience? Is it caused by the T blockers? Does it get better with time, or once you start Estrogen?
Oh and note, I'm not circumcised.

Yeah, I've assumed as much... But, uh, it gets better, right? I'm completely fine with the rest of the package shrinking too, as long as I don't have to deal with the pain every time I get horny until I do SRS...

Should not be too much pain, just non functional to a point. Sounds like a possible infection of some kind to me. Are you staying hydrated as well?

I'm aware of that and it's fine.
Wouldn't say it's an infection, since there aren't any visible changes, but it if it's an option I might visit a doctor. That said; the tip got a bit more problematic to get out even when I'm not turned on; but it's only then that it hurts, most likely because the foreskin stretches too much.
As far as hydration goes... Um, I literally have a 1 liter jug of water next to me right now, from which I take a sip every so often... But I'm not sure if that's what you meant? If you're talking about the penis, well, yeah, since I started Androcur it's noticeably drier during erections... Think that might be the issue?

That's what I meant, sorry. I am on Spiro myself and I have to stay well hydrated because it is a diuretic. Not sure about Androcur though.

Nah, I've read the instructions and they don't really say anything about that, and my doctor mentioned nothing like that, either.

The T blockers and Estrogen will possibly kill off your sex drive anyway. Sure did with mine. You might still get horny but the erection side of the equation will probably be a struggle.

Yeah I'm aware, but that ain't an issue; as I've said, I don't really use my penis during sex, but it's still a problem if it hurts.

Estrofem pills; at least for the time being, might switch to something else later, dunno.

I've noticed a very similar experience if I mess with it, but i'm quite small so simply getting aroused doesnt hurt. My advice is buy a magic wand, they really are magic.

After 2 months of Andocur I suspect no matter your age it is really dropping your T way way down. Part of affects of low T is becoming thinned skin. Plus how quickly your body heals and repairs itself is negatively impacted.

Perhaps a TMI question but.... I always tucked, ever since I was a small. Like what else are you supposed to do with dangly bits? Well, I do wear panties and sometimes things work out just right for a very sensitive and prone to damage area rubs up on the region where the cotton panel is sewn to the panty. When freed, OUCH! Getting it wet is even worse! So maybe....?

Any infection will need to be caused by germs and perhaps some trauma, or damage, to the area. Slower healing and lack of hygiene can lead to an infection.

Ah, I didn't know Androcur thins out the skin...
But nope, I don't tuck, mostly because I don't really wear female clothes yet... I want to sort out my facial hair first before I start with that.
Any anyway, as I've said, there's really no noticeable change down there, no redness or something like that...

Estrofem is the brand name for 17-b Oestradiol from Novo Nordisk. It's bioidentical, not an herbal formulation.

I know exactly why your asking this as i have seen the estrofem herbal pills but to set the record straight pharmacies also do estradiol (sometimes oestradiol) pills under the estrofem name which are made by novo nordisk, just thought i would mention in case anyone else was wondering

I think you may have a condition called Balanitis Xerotica ET Obliterans, (Google it)   it is treatable if caught early,  with a strong topical steroid...  I recommend you go to a doctor and get it  checked, as if left it can prevent urination,  and more importantly removed useful tissue for -GRS .

Bicalutamide hasn't effected anything except sperm production and spontaneous erections. If it doesn't turn out to be a separate issue, if you are worried about sexual ability it seems like it has about the least side effects in the sexual department, but of course that would be a choice for you and your doctor to make.

Your glans are much more sensitive because there are not exposed and the glands tissue starts to change and get much more sensitive. Pain is an indication something is wrong and although your penis is a source of dysphoria it is needed for GRS and a functioning penis is needed for later.

You gave me quite a scare there; but I'm pretty sure that's not it; Balantis is characterized by atrophic white patches of skin, which I certainly don't have.

Ah, of course, I'll visit the doctor if needed; I just thought this might be a regular, temporary side effect of HRT, so I came here to ask.

I tend to think of myself as a reasonable person, so I really don't see why would my dysphoria stop me form trying to fix the problem if something is wrong; that's just common sense.
