This is TMI, sorry.

Just wanted to add that I've had similar tightening around the foreskin area. I also get similar pains when aroused and pulling the foreskin back.
I've found that if necessary, a little bit of lube can both loosen the skin and prevent soreness.

Not that its really an issue. I barely ever get aroused, and touching 'it' often breaks the fantasy elements.  I can completely 100% also recommend the Magic Wand if you want to use 'it' again as an erogenous zone. Saves on the 'back and forth' rubbing motions that can cause the pains.

It is apparently an effect of the Androcur. I've been taking AA's for about 2-1/2 months now and noticed the effect after about a month.

Similar, the decreasing size of the 'whole package' isn't a concern for me. But I'm noticing I need to change the way I think of 'it' as an erogenous zone, and how to use 'it.'

Ah, it's not TMI if it's useful...

Yup, I've also been thinking about trying with lube.

I don't have a problem getting aroused; but I don't touch "it", either, but since I can't help getting an erection while doing other things in bed; I need to deal with this problem so it doesn't hurt. With that said; I don't really care about using vibrators on "it", either.

But yeah, if it's an effect of Androcur, then the rest of "it" should shrink with time as well, so this will stop being a problem.
On a side note; I don't really have severe attacks of dysphoria when looking at "it"... I used to, before, but since I've started the whole transition, I'm aware that I'm doing something and I'm going to get rid of "it" eventually so "it" bothers me a lot less now.
