Well we didn't go out like I had hoped. We did however go to the grocery store, Menards, Steak N Shake, and a tobacco store yesterday lol. It was nice being out in public with her.....I acted normal. She was definitely self conscious. Didn't hold hands or kiss or anything but just being in public was nice. First time out and it was nice, least for me.
My kids and my brother in law and his girlfriend met her for the first time too. We all live together but she has always dressed as a he. Went as great as we could have imagined.
Now I sit here waiting for 5 to come so I can see her and start our evening plans. We ended up watching football most the night yesterday tonight Play Station 3 when house is quiet
Happier than I ever have been. Tomorrow she meets my bestfriend and her family for a bbq at our house. She posted on facebook :
this morning i woke up with a sense of well being i havent had in a long time... im blessed to have my new found friends and family ..not to take away from those whom i already hold dear to me but to add to that list of those that i love , admire , and respect.
I love her.... theres no words to express how much I do. She's my bestfriend, my everything. It's scary in away cause if I lose her I would break (lost my husband almost 2 years ago from a heartattack). But its also not scary cause I trust her completely.
So anyway.....just wanted to give my update.....was kinda sad not to see many responses from people. I had hoped you all would blow up my email with all the great things you and your SO were planning on doing....maybe this next weekend
