I've had a few things happen this week that have put me on a high. The first is getting rid of my hoodies and shopping for short jackets. I went to a bunch of malls tons of stores, only the ladies dept, and I interacted with sales people and customers. Even though I'm not passable I unapologetictly shopped only in the ladies sections and had a great time all day.
The next thing that made me happy is that one of the jackets I bought received a lot of compliments at work and outside.
I'm getting a lot of compliments on my new style with the hat. At group the therapist gave me a big hug, which surprised me. Am I more huggable? i hope so.
I'm feeling very at ease with myself. I didn't realize it till others commented. I am happy with the road I am on.
My phone has been slowly dying. It requires to be charged 4 times a day now, or just leave plugged in. Well today, the replacement I wanted finally is available to order, Yay. Ordered, it comes in Friday.
And lastly, and this one makes me silly happy. I still collect videogames. Yes, I am still 14 at heart. One game has been difficult for me to get, and I've been searching for years. The company that made it decided to sell their overstock today with a note that quantities were extremely limited. At 7 am when they went on sale, I had my order in, Yay! At 7:01 they were sold out.
All told this is a good week.
