New and Improved Recipe; Now Containing Estrogen...

That doesn't surprise me.  I have Madhur Jaffrey's cookbook, and I believe she learned to cook in London.   I especially love Chicken Makhani, Chicken Korma, any Vindaloo and my favorite carb-bomb- Samosas.  So do you put the estrogen in to meld with the curries early, or do we put it on top at the end?

You put it on the side like mango chutney.

Wow, didn't know that! I am willing to try many foods I haven't been able to try in the past. I should be a food critic, lol.
