Anyone know this avatar pic?

I've had suggestions it may be a virus but I'm on an iPhone and this pic appears under most people's avatars how do I get rid of it?

I ve seen this problem before. I believe they had to reset it somehow and it went away. It isn't a virus linked to the pic but a glitch in the app itself. Hopefully someone comes along who remembers what was done.

Sometimes avatars and other components of this site get scrambled on my iPad and iPhone, but never on my computers.  It's an Apple thing, methinks.

I was getting all sorts of weird stuff, pics were swapped with other pics, etc. only ever happened on my iPad and iPhone but hasn't happened for a week or two now. Just a tech issue.
