I work for a sports memorabilia company. We don't just frame signed stuff and sell it, but we frame stuff for other people. I either design or help out with some of our main products and design most of the bespoke framing for our trade customers. I'm responsible for deciding how to lay things out.

We tend to sell our stuff through silent auctions at fundraising events and I design the bidding sheets.

I mostly like it (more than I'll realise), but needless last-minute pressure is put on everyone and the M.D. often wants to make pointless changes to product descriptions and designs when we least need it. Thankfully, a guy who's been working for us for several weeks now is employed to tell the M.D. exactly what not to do. Sadly, that doesn't always work.

I'm a student with a small job (not paid, will be hopefully soon.) It's more for fun.
I teach English online as well (pretty rarely as of late).
Considering my age, I can't exactly do much.

I used to work at a call center. When I went on HRT, I talked to Dr Teri about my situation (how to handle when I become a girl) When I told her that I work at such & such call center, she found out that the Corporation that owns the medical research facility where I am getting my HRT done, also owns the call center I work at, I was 'in house/ lateral'
transferred from the call center to the lab section. When I told my boss at the call center I was being moved to the medical section, she must have thought I was dying. About 18 months later I, as Bridget, show up to pick up some paperwork at HR which is in the same bldg. as the call center, I walked past her & said "Hi Lisa" She looked at me & gasped. I told her not to tell anyone at the call center. I will eventually show up as Bridget & say hello.

All I've done is hard labor, was a trucker for 6 yrs til the Dr retired me at the age of 38,my disability got worse, now I work part time in a restaurant as a dishes consultant, I work by myself for the most part til closing time when the cooks or owner gives me a hand. The dishwasher where I work is a 3 compartment sink and normally a 2 person job but I have always done the work of 2 or more people by myself. When I was working in pizza I set a record of 65 pizzas in one hr with only a shift leader to cut the pizzas when they came out, I also set records for food and labor percentage and got bonus for that I was a manager from hell but my crew respected me.

Im a jack of all trades from low level programming, body work to hydraulic technician.

I of course started out in entry level positions at over a dozen industries.

I currently am employed at an amusement park of all places lol, i love it here the energy is positive and almost everyone is passionate about their jobs.

I really feel if or when i do come out fully they would be accepting and thats a comforting thought for the future.

To move forward is to leave behind that which has become dear. It is a call into the wild, into becoming someone currently unknown to us. For most, it is a call too frightening and too challenging to heed. For some, it is a call to be more than we were capable of being, both now and in the future.
