Yes.
Such subtle changes, and psychological changes like a feeling of relief, can be amongst the first.

Its possible your body odor is getting sweeter, and also your sense of smell increases.

Well just ask if you have questions.

In general a bit of reconfiguration is taking place.
Some muscles might be built down, its one side effect of estrogen. Fat tissue in certain places like breasts and hips is more likel to be built up and muscle mass is more likely to be built down.
So its well possible the remaining muscles have to work more, which might make for a sore muscle.

Well its possible there is a bit of shuffling around.
A bit of sports could help... just a bit, maybe a few minutes of walking... or biking or swimming... they could also help with a toned body...

I try and go for a walk every evening after work, and do some stretches and squats and stuff of that nature. ☺

So hrt does use existing fat? And redistributes fat you would have before hrt?

People have different results. Its individual. Its well possible with a bit of exercise some of it shuffles.
Just not lifting etc which might built up muscles where its not really wanted  :)

Existing fat doesn't move. New fat is placed according to the new plan. Fat cells don't die off very quickly either, they just release fat.
April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

Being transgender is just a phase. It hardly ever starts before conception and always ends promptly at death.

They say the light at the end of the tunnel is an oncoming train. I say, climb aboard!

Well with a bit of exercise some of it might be built down and built up in other places.

A doctor recommended avocado oil for nutrition by the way, because of a preferable mixture of ingredients...

Some people take additionally bioidentical progesterone for ten days a month or continuously...
it might help a bit with breast form, and with mood...
