It's time I had some larger breasts, yea. I'll be seeing my plastic surgeon next Friday for a dental block before electrolysis on my upper & lower lip. I'm going to ask him what size & type implants he would suggest for my body. He does implants all the time. He sure knows my body after giving me a facelift, eye lid surgery, facial surgery, lipo & a tummy tuck. I've waited for my girls to grow & so far only a small B cup, not much at all, ugggg. I'd love a full sexy C cup to look & feel so much better about myself. I'd sure look nicer in a bathing suit.....I've always attracted men but this would be so much nicer to show some cleavage you know.  Happy girl today, this should be fun....

I've been growing my hair out for about 8 months, just to see what I've got to work with. I've not been very hopeful or optimistic about it so far, as I've got a noticeably receding hairline with the usual "M" pattern, two bald patches on the crown, and very thin on top.

Spent Easter weekend with close family. We were at a nearby park today having a picnic lunch, and it was windy, which causes my hair to get really unkempt and wild. My mum says "Let me help you with that", pulls out a hair tie from her purse, and does up a quick pony tail. Outwardly I'm playing it cool, but I'm squee'ing with joy inside, and hoping against hope that she's this supportive once she learns the truth.

Later, my older brother asks me if I've been doing anything for my hair, as it's been looking fuller than before. So I confessed my use of minoxidil, but didn't mention the finasteride [felt kind of guilty concealing that, but not ready to discuss it just yet as it would lead to more questions]. He asked if I experienced any of the side effects, and I said that I hadn't as I'm only applying it topically. He's balding as well [thanks dad] so he's done a lot of the research into it himself. He rejected these options for himself and decided to start shaving his head, as he's not willing to deal with the potential side effects. He's tried getting me to do the same in the past, but obviously that's not an option. Today he just said he was glad it was working for me. And his comments also made me hopeful that I may get good results from spiro when I start that in a month or so.

So, yeah, today was a good day

Getting gendered correctly by my parents for what I think is the first time ever! It might not last but it was the best feeling.

Had a wonderful weekend with family and friends.  Met new people through my cousins and only one instance required any attention at all, everyone else simply accepted and enjoyed the conversation and dinner!  A blessed and happy feeling girl here right now!

It;s sure nice to have girl friends from this site. One nice friend in England had her GRS some 20-30 years ago. She is happily married with a good sex life to a strong nice man that provides very well. We are so much alike & it's great to keep in touch. It sure helps me keep on track to become a nicer woman & maybe one day with a nice man.

I dropped Sweetie's car at the shop (again!) and walked next door to the Hardee's to get some biscuits and gravy and coffee. I went to the ladie's then up to the counter. The woman there said to the manager, "I'll take care of this gentleman and then get right on it". I just smiled and told her, (with my voice spot on for once), " I'm not a man." She looked at me again in horror and started apologizing. It was hard to get her to stop! She said the light coming in from behind me fooled her. I was gracious and placed my order. The little things make us happy, huh?

I'm changing therapist & changing docs. The new therapist is much closer to home & very nice. I want my new doc to help with better types & levels of HRT so my body can improve more, maybe more breast growth. It feels good to be a woman, so happy for that. Sticking with my Atkins diet, my nails are growing back out, next electrolysis session is for Monday. Oh happy day when my face is clean from those nasty hairs. Life is good. Enjoy your day all girl friends.

I've had guys gender me female on occasion, but nothing like this. This guy's whole voice changed when he was speaking to me vs the person before me, in pitch and resonance. I definitely got the impression he was seeing a woman, not just being nice. I needed that too. On my way there I was getting a bit down wondering if I'd ever pass and how I was going to handle that. Then this happens.

I'm excited about my new therapist. She actually visits where her patients live to help them better. I sure need help to stick with my diet & lose from my current 185 down to 170 or less. I also need to stop any cig. smoke & too much decal coffee that stains my teeth. I want a nicer smile & to become a nicer more sexy looking woman. Also I hope for better HRT from my new doc so my body can improve more, maybe just maybe fuller natural breasts, happy dance. My surgeon in Raleigh NC is ready to preform my GRS whenever I have all things worked out..I'm so excited to finally becomming a complete happy woman...

I sure wish HRT could help grow larger hips...., my waist is small but just not enough butt, ugggg.

Makeup! I haven't really touched it that much, but getting better at applying it now and it helps a lot with hiding shadow. Looking forward to experimenting with different looks now.

I am now five days post operative from my orchiectomy and loving this permanence, no spiro needed and sleeping thru most nights.  What a great relief and joy to be free of T forever!

After a week of unsuccessful efforts, I found a way to keep my climara patch from falling off in the shower: waterproof Band Aid pads. I was even able to take a bath and soak in the tub and shave my legs this morning and it's still stuck on tight.

Good for you. My skin is so sensitive I could not wear climara patches, I'd break out with red skin in no time, 6 hours maybe. If you were closed by I'd give you a nice supply of them. I just cannot use them.
