See good things happen, its like my sister and aunty and my mum all supportive. So I am happy that at the 5th attempt have managed to paint my nails nicely , well apart from the little finger on right hand that's a bit lumpy but not doing it again

Today has been an excellent day: two happies in the same day.

Someone on another forum I hang out on sent me this message today:

Hi Kathy.

I pulled up your new profile image onto my screen and called my wife.
When she entered the room she immediately says to me "Oh, she is pretty, who is that?"!

The pic he is referring to is the same one that is my current avatar here.

Between my brother's letter (see earlier post) and this PM, I am floating!

I bought some of these tight/jean legging things, not sure what exactly they're called but they fit nice and just a standard white tank top thing with a somewhat lose bottom and I nearly cried in the mirror when I put it on, it really gave me a feminine figure and was quite blown away.

Always had quite a big butt and thighs even after I got down to a normal BMI, made me very happy today but it also just adds another "maybe I should, maybe I shouldn't" transition question to add to my head.

Blah, bitter sweet.

Just a silly little one (again),
at German universities (or mine at least) graffiti is so common it's almost encouraged! I was just in a bathroom stall and decided to scribble "Ich bin eine Frau" on the wall.

It means "I am a Woman" Gave me a reason to smile

  I have no idea what you are talking about p, none at all. I just wasn't going to let your news pass by unnoticed. That's all.  What makeover?

  Happy thought this morning... Looking in my girl drawer deciding what I am going to wear today. I opted for skinny jeans and purple striped sweater. My flat sandals, my toes and nails are painted and I have a pendant necklace and earrings on. Life is good.  Later I will get in disguise to go out and check the mail, the it's back to girl mode.

Today I made a GP appointment to get my referral to a gender identity clinic, which will be on Friday as I have another appointment with my university psychologist on Thursday and he is writing me a supporting letter. Also, he now officially calls me 'Kaylin' during our sessions, which is just really special

Hi Kaylin,

  I used to have this problem. What was happening to me is someone else posted before I hit my post button and this program stops your post to tell you that. Only problem is you do not see this message unless you scroll down a little. scrolling down further gives you the opportunity to hit post a second time and then your post will go through.

  You just need to train yourself to scroll down a little to check for that message after you hit post.
