My breast development has been pretty good for 6 months, being at c cup size. But even still, I worry about my development and how it's going. I hope that the prometrium will help alleviate some of this worry, but it still is a worry for me. My left breast is visibly uneven compared to the right breast. If you compare the two side by side, you see that the left breast, the underside is pretty flat, while the top is more round. The right breast is a bit rounder on the bottom. So it makes me worry a lot about my development, and makes me hope that it will fix itself as I continue to develop but it's a worry I can't seem to calm down at all.

There's a link to show a bit more of what I mean. Is this kind of development normal? How long does it take to correct itself? why does it create such a worry and fear I'm not developing right?

My understanding is that a bit of uneven growth is pretty normal, and given time tends to even out.  I'm a bit smaller on the left currently, but that site has started being sore and tender again, growth spurt time. :)  I've got two daughters, and both had some uneven growth during puberty.  It seems to have settled out over the years, though. (One went through another growth spurt at age 24, so the process is slow whether from natural or HRT induced puberty.)
Earth my body, water my blood, air my breath and fire my spirit.

My personal transition path included medical changes.  The path others take may require no medical intervention, or different care.  We each find our own path. I provide these dates for the curious.

I have known several women whose breast were uneven as adults...not by much but noticable when undressed so I would say that you are doing just fine

That makes sense! I guess I just need to be more patient with myself. 6 months isn't that long of a time. still have several years to go

As Brianna said even Cis women can have differences in their breasts. People in general aren't always perfect. one eye or ear a little higher then the other and so on. After 6 months it sounds like you are doing good. I think I can only dream of being a C cup after 6 months on estrogen if ever.

All you need is to do is take a  look at Steven Colbert's ears. He has an unequal set of ears. Very visible, That does not keep him from appearing on the tv every night.,
