For me it is usually sharp or extra sharp Cheddar, and silky smooth Havarti and creamy Muenster... and of course Parmesan, Ricotta and Mozzarella for my Italian dishes that I serve.

Could play with the letters to make it sound more appetizing?

BLT-CM with the T meaning Toasted versus tomatoe.
