For me it is usually sharp or extra sharp Cheddar, and silky smooth Havarti and creamy Muenster... and of course Parmesan, Ricotta and Mozzarella for my Italian dishes that I serve.

My local small town coffee shop doesn't have a TBLCM on their menu... perhaps if I lived in a big city???
