@winter do what feels right but don't be afraid of flying on your new vag... Its easy. Suporn will give you a letter requesting for wheelchair and a comfy seat. You girls will find out that the tissue will become more flexible in years, so, you don't need all that depth.
It will take a year for the scars inside to heal, using a biodilatator (man) is the most funny part of dilating.
So, don't worry about depth.

I can't imagine that there wouldn't be any scars at all. There are scars, but one side is already beginning to fade though I doubt all of it will every fade completely. I had my surgery this past September 7th and it does happen to look rather natural. I haven't reached the big O yet rather just a small o, but i'm getting there.

What about sensitivity and response? The thing that always tempted me to Thailand was the reputation of being highly...stimulate-able. If Marci can match that...

Hey girl i had a question i was wondering about and who better than to ask someone whos been post for some time now.

i recently read that a post op vagina is thinner than a gg vagina and could prolapse which i think means cave in or what not or the back wall could get a hole? not sure but somethin like that

was wondering if this is something to be worried about or its not common.

oh and fistulas?

plus i read somewere that urination within a post op becomes easier to leak due to a weaker bladder cuz of the cramped small space in there between the rectum and bladder pressing? not sure if im getting this all right.

that coughing and sneezing causes you to leak pee sometimes lol. it sounds funny but this is what i read. ttyl.

But, to answer your question, I'm post op for 27 years, never had prolapse, or leaking from urine and I'm in my late fifties allready, yeah, time flies when you're having fun.
Fistula can happen, even with cis girls, I think I'm lucky never having some.

When I read the posts it looks that there are only a few surgeons who can do the job, believe me, there are far more surgeons.
But that's the internet, when someone had an operation and is talking about the benefits of it, evrybody thinks, hey, that's the place to go.

I had my srs in the Netherlands but there are also excellent surgeons in the UK or other countries.
Cons of having surgery in Europe is that they are very expensive, not for Europeans because of the healthcare system, but people outside of the EU pay the price.
I don't complain about sensitivity and of course I did have sexual relationships in the last 27 years, with men and women, I've never been clocked.
Multiple orgasm's are possible, sure it's hard working, but it's nice work to do.

You are right to study the results from surgeons, you only have one chance, so it better be a good one.
But, remember, also the best surgeon can have a bad result on a bad day.

Than the healing process, it's so personal, depending on what shape you are, genetics, and so on.

So, there are a lot of factors who will have influence on the final results.

To end my reply, as you can imagine, I'm very happy with the results, I do have a very good life after surgeon.

From what I have read on this forum, it seems to be a good surgeon with a lot of experience, so, it's not a bad choice.
There are people here who had their srs with dr Bowers and they were very satisfied, but also mcGinn girls, Brassard girls.
So, there is a lot of choice, pick the best one for you and go for it.

maybe there really are postops who have sex and orgasms after 6 weeks but its the luck of the draw and may be due to their own youth and excellent physical condition and body sensitivity and maybe its due to the surgeon cutting and sewing things absolutely perfectly aided by the incisions all joining up and healing perfectly without a stray bug getting in and making some nasty infections and problems - add all the variables and its a gamble we take in order to get rid of the male bits.

LOL

as for friend being clocked when she spread her legs - such malespeak - I was just looking at vaginal surgeries and the size and shape of the natural thing is so variable that anyone who can clock a neo must be using Playboy centrefolds as the yardstick - as why else is there a big industry in vaginal trimming and reshaping in USA?   The guy who clocked her from her vagina shagged her anyway - which says what about males?   

The hole in back is the fistula and it is a big worry and its caused by the scalpel going a trifle too far when the surgeon is trying to make the super deep hole to accept the superstuds.    in theory all male bodies are same but if things are a fraction differnet then the scalpel can cut right into the anus and that causes the big problems.

then you say if marcie doesn't give you enough depth you can go for skin graft..crazy!

Just under 5" at present, ~ 4 3/4" it was 5 1/2" the first few days post op.

Frankly, the difference is due to less outer swelling if you ask me.
Initially I sat on quite a bump (perineum) now it's a lot less i.e. about ¾" less - the difference in my current depth...

Next, I have NO idea where these 6" and 7" depths would come from, or better – should go to.
Putting in the dilator I ALWAYS hit that "back-wall" (as does any gg also) it's some portion of the pelvis, and there is just no further to go - maybe having one of these curved dilators that might find more depth pointing toward the navel inside? Really? Maybe...

Speaking to my beautician, she says 5" max. and probably less - 150% - 200% stretching is a absolute myth.
I'd had heard 100% which would make 8" - 10" for a gg's vj depth?! There is no way to go that deep... that's a ggs take.
She knows her way around in there, due to having a Mirena (intra-uterine device), and initially needed some regular checking inside (if all was still in place).

Having had myself a ~ 5 1/2" outie pre-op, I had more then one partner that I bumped inside and no one adding this magic claimed added % gg-depth either. YMMV

Lastly, unless using a very specific position, a male will not easily - if at all - put all his endowment inside of you. Usually ~ 1" will be "spare" and do not forget the penis also is not some acrylic piece of rod, it also is flexible - quite a bit actually.

well i know a girl that went to chet and she only has 4 inches of depth and started off with 7. soooo i wold not choose him, have u seen his website. the vags have horrible scars. dead giveaway.
