I was always told that your dominate side, referring to on some people right or left handed and not that twisted little devil on your shoulder with a whip LOL  anyways your dominate side is always larger, so the muscle behind your breast would make it larger, I say some cause not everyone has a dominate side that matches there handed side

My left breast is bigger.  I'm ambidextrous, though I tend to write with my right hand (and do many other things with my right hand by default), so I'm not sure that this theory holds.

About the parts on the right side being slightly larger on the right side I have heard about since I was a little kid, including myself. My mate is left handed and she claims that the parts on her left side are slightly bigger then the right, odd that is. I suppose that through the millions of years of human evolution and adaptation what ever side of our body that is used the most would naturally have a larger muscle mass then the other allowing for better adeptness and stability for tool handling. That is the only logical deduction I can speculate to these divergences in the anatomy. Another interesting human oddity to say the least.

It's harder for me to get to sleep now that my breasts are so sensitive. As a man, I was a stomach sleeper/occassional side sleeper but, I always fell asleep lying on my belly. I can't do that as easily anymore so now I'm learning to fall asleep on my side. I just can't figure out what to do with my arms. I have been pressing them up close to me since it's getting colder but every time I shift position I move my pinned arm which has become glued to my breast and it hurts like feck when I peel it off. I guess my days of sleeping shirtless are over.

Can't sleep on my stomach ever again.  Isn't it wonderful?!

Got mine at the five and dime store, "hee, hee, hee." Just bein a smart aleck. Yes mine took about five years to fully develop and it felt kind of like when you have bruised tissue and kind of like a tightening feeling at the nipples when you move your arms around. If that was part of the price to pay to become a girl then it was worth it. I came into this business to become a woman, the one that had been inside of me all my life I wanted to be her at any price, even the surgery is a small price to pay.

What a woman has to do just to be herself is no small peanuts.

I guess my days of sleeping shirtless are over.

Not necessarily - there are still ways to sleep without a shirt on. Like I'll sleep with an arm under my pillow, my mother does that too and she's, well, let's just say I have good genetics, hahaha. Anyway that position seems to work for me ever the side sleeper I am, at least until my arm falls asleep too.

I never could sleep on my stomach so I don't miss it but it's nice to cuddle up with my breasts against my Love's back, or when she puts her arm around me on top of my nipples, reminds I have breasts, nice sensations, certainly reminds one that she is quite female and I ain't knocking that. I think I'm actually getting to be more easily aroused in my old age.  Ooooops I hope that that kind of talk doesn't hurt someones virgin ears.
