want to go to theraphy!!

ok so i i promise my self in 2009 that in 2010 i would start seeing a theraphist to get hormones legally but like i dont know were to start i want advice from my new sister like when i find a theraphist like what do i tell her when i first see her do i start and say i want to be a women or what also how long will she keep me untill she will prescribe the hormones im 18 so i can start going seeing her without my parents. and yes these is what i really want to do im not going to keep hidding who im am from anybody im not going to hurt myself trying to conveice myself im a boy cuz im not im a girl..
