I love running, it's the best exercise ever imho :] It's fun to run at night or take a pet 🙂 It's like.. it will help you lose weight, stay in shape, or get really fit and it works quite a few places on your body not just your legs
Sometimes I overthink it and don't want to run but honestly the best thing to do is not to think about wanting to excercise, "Just do it!" as Nike says hehe
