Half of my underwear are the Snuggler and half are the Natural. I've never tried the Commando--it's pretty new--and I have never tried the Floater because the pouches are only attached at the top of the briefs. I haven't tried the regular briefs or the trunks, only the boxer briefs. The last time I checked, they were Hanes with the comfort-soft waistband. I like them.
The Snuggler has a large pouch for your packy. The pouch is open along the top of the underwear, but it's closed everywhere else. Unlike the pouch in the Floater, this one is anchored at the bottom of the underwear, so the packy stays relatively fixed and can't shift around to weird locations.
The packy never touches your skin, so you don't have to powder it as often (if you perspire at all, sweat does transfer to the packy through your shorts). But this is a very simple and neat design. You put your packy in, arrange it however you like, and you're off. The top opening is large, so you don't have to fight to get your device in. I like being able to arrange the penis portion any way I like. Sometimes I double up the packy so the penis is facing straight down, and sometimes I leave the penis pointing up or to the side.
Unless you adapt the Snuggler (which almost defeats the purpose of buying underwear that's already been adapted), you can't use an STP with it because the penis is fully contained in the pouch and doesn't make contact with your skin.
The Natural is quite different. There's a smallish pouch for the ball portion of the packy; right above that is a cock ring stitched into the underwear. The penis goes through the cock ring and rests behind the fly front. If you want, you can bring your penis through the fly front. If you have a realistic-looking packer, it just looks like a regular penis poking out of your fly front; nobody can see any balls or the cock ring or anything.
I guess you could use an STP with the Natural, but you should ask the site owner. Part of the packer makes contact with your skin--right about the spot where your medicine spoon or nipple would be. You would have to bring the STP out through the fly front rather than over the waistband as a lot of guys do. I don't make a habit of watching men use the urinal, but my last two cismale partners always brought their penises over the waistband. But I guess you work with what you've got.
I like the Natural because the balls absolutely stay flush against my crotch. Sometimes they can shift slightly sideways with the Snuggler--they can't twist around or anything, but they can get slightly out of whack so that you have to adjust them. Of course, adjustment is normal for guys. One thing I don't like about the Natural is that I have to carefully work the penis into the cock ring. With gel packers, this hasn't been a problem. With my Good Vibes packer, I have to be a bit more careful because it has more structural integrity than the gel packers. You don't want to rough up the packy too much because then it doesn't last as long. I don't know if they're still using the same size cock ring. You would have to ask. And, of course, since part of the packy makes direct contact with the skin, you have to wash and powder more frequently.
In this model, it's a little harder to double up your penis if you use the more rigid Good Vibes packy. So if you like a GV and want your penis to point down, you might want to experiment a bit with various underwear models.
The cock-ring is very secure; I have underwear that I've been using for about a year, and the ring is still going strong. However, the guy who owns the site recommends that you not put Naturals in the dryer. I've been machine-drying with no trouble, but I suppose I'm shortening the lifespan of the cock ring. Oh, and the site has a picture of these briefs turned inside out so that you can see how they're constructed.
