So, I'm almost two weeks on T, and one thing I've noticed that's bugging me a lot is the damn munchies! I normally eat once or twice a day, but now I feel like eating almost constantly. I read that you could get hungrier, but, I don't feel hungry. I just.. want to consume all food visible. I ate freaking brown sugar yesterday because I was so desperate to just eat something!

Has this happened to anyone else on T or am I just going nutters?

Same here! No matter how much I eat, my stomach rumbles and demands more. Sometimes, I'm not even hungry but I start eyeing something and I'm like, "That.. would be nice to eat right now." So I do. Damn munchies. xD

At least it's not just me. Damn munchies.

that didn't happen to me, but it sounds normal and I wouldn't worry about it, your body is growing, needs energy, eat lots of meat :)

I'm already constantly hungry, so this concerns me a bit.  XD

Oh yeah, I was hellishly ravenous for my first 3 months. Thankfully that has died down, and while I have a much larger appetite than I did before HRT, it's not the insatiable and constant hunger I had when starting. I probably eat about twice as many calories currently as I did prior to starting HRT but I'm losing weight (which I was struggling with prior). It'll all level out.

Haha okay glad to know that isn't just me. I'm always hungry lately! But even though I eat more often I eat less at a time, little weird.

Definitely. It's really noticeable for me because I have a horrible appetite normally, dropped 7 lbs the month before starting T. I was eating 1/4 of a plate of food at dinner - and no, I honestly couldn't help it. Moving food from the plate to my mouth seemed pointless.

Tonight for dinner, instead of, say, half a sandwhich, I ate chile rellenos, a whole platter of rice and beans, a taco, some cookies, some trifle, and a whole bag of nachos. Means I've hit puberty!  ;D

I was crazy hungry when I first started T but made myself not eat more so I wouldn't gain massive weight. Your hunger will level out over time.

I wonder if all you guys are young. I don't hunger more than before but my blood work came back with low thyroid levels and borderline liver whatever numbers. My endo is threatening to cancel my T. I'm not sure what happens then since I would have no sex hormones, or at least minimal.

I ate 3-4 times a day before I started T. I had a pretty good appetite but thankfully I have a fast metabolism. I went crazy with hunger probably the first 4 months on T and I still hit weeks where I get really hungry again. I craved protein mostly and dairy products for some reason. I was eating about 4 yogurts a day along with regular meals. I ate a greenbean sandwich once right after I started T. Haha.
Call me a cheat but I make my own fate.

Yes.
It comes and goes though, and as you stated its not really being hungry all the time... often times my stomach feels neutral and I just feel like I NEED to eat.  Luckily there hasn't been any negative consequences thus far and its been happening at least 6 months on and off [though, I started T over a year ago, so it probably has been much longer.]  Well... negative meaning massive weight gain I suppose my wallet is a little lighter for it.
I solemnly swear I am up to no good.

Another side effect I'm not looking forward too. I want to lose weight not gain weight. I hope I have the will power not to eat a lot while on T.

I'm a bit of the opposite. I wasn't as hungry on T compared to pre-T.

I eat a lot more on T but it's different food cravings now. I've gained 2 pounds but my body shape has totally altered to male and I'm a lot slimmer than I used to be.

Nygeel, do you find it makes any difference where you are in your T cycle?

Like what time between each shot? Not really.
