Definitely. It's really noticeable for me because I have a horrible appetite normally, dropped 7 lbs the month before starting T. I was eating 1/4 of a plate of food at dinner - and no, I honestly couldn't help it. Moving food from the plate to my mouth seemed pointless.
Tonight for dinner, instead of, say, half a sandwhich, I ate chile rellenos, a whole platter of rice and beans, a taco, some cookies, some trifle, and a whole bag of nachos. Means I've hit puberty!
